Consulting Director

Retired U.S. Army Captain Tyshiska Reeves

Captain Reeves is responsible for all consulting and training initiatives, partnering with organizations to strengthen mental‑health services and improve outcomes for the communities we serve. She oversees consulting contracts, guides training programs, sets project priorities, and ensures quality and consistency across all deliverables. Known for her collaborative and grounded leadership style, she works closely with the Project Coordinator to manage timelines, client communication, and day‑to‑day project operations. Her approach blends strategic insight with a genuine commitment to equity, accessibility, and trauma‑informed care. Captain Reeves is driven by the belief that strong systems and compassionate leadership create the conditions for meaningful, sustainable change in mental‑health organizations.

Brittany Jones

Brittany is committed to strengthening mental health services and creating programs that genuinely support people’s well‑being by creating systems that support staff, strengthen programs, and ultimately improve the experience of the people we serve. She is committed to clarity, collaboration, and continuous improvement, always working to ensure that teams have what they need to do their best work. She knows how to break down problems, assess competing pressures, and find stable solutions. She applies those skills to coordinating cross‑functional projects, improving workflows, and helping to deliver care that is accessible, equitable, and grounded in trauma‑informed practices.
